In 1989, Ms. Netchiounas and her family came to the United States from Lithuania. After settling down in Florida, she went on to graduate from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree. Upon graduation, she was accepted to the Stetson University College of Law, located in St. Petersburg, Florida, one of the top ranked trial litigation schools in the country.
After she received her Juris Doctor degree and the Florida Bar license, she spent time working for law firms to acquire experience in the practice of law.
Ms. Netchiounas combined her passion for helping immigrants to come to the United States and achieve their dreams with her legal knowledge of the immigration law and opened Dominyka Netchiounas, P.A.
She is the sole shareholder of this law firm and places a great deal of importance on providing affordable and personal service to her clients.
Ms. Netchiounas is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar, American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Recently she was elected as the Education Chair for the American Immigration Lawyers Association Central Florida Chapter. In addition this law firm was selected to be listed in Madison Who is Who.
Her practice is focused on immigration and business law matters.
